Today we are announcing that, as of 21:00 (JST) on Sunday, June 28, 2026, the Holoearth service will be discontinued.
We are truly grateful to all who enjoyed the Holoearth service.
Since launching Holoearth we continued operations with the support of many users, but after careful consideration regarding the ability to provide service into the future we arrived at this decision.
We offer our sincerest apologies for being unable to meet the expectations of everyone who supported us, and we deeply appreciate everyone who found enjoyment through Holoearth.
It is our hope that the myriad of experiences in Holoearth, the bonds formed among users, and the time spent in this world will remain with everyone as cherished memories.
While the time remaining until the end of service is short, we hope you can continue to enjoy the world of Holoearth until the final moment.

Refunds
We will provide refunds for the balance of Premium HoloCoin and Creator Points that are unused as of the termination of service.
Further details about the refund process will be provided separately after the termination of service.
Refund application period (planned): Monday, June 29, 2026 from 12:00 (JST) until Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 12:00 (JST).
Payment Statements
The payment statements that are provided to Holoearth Marketplace Creators will be available for download during the following period.
Payment statement download period: Until Monday, May 31, 2027 at 12:00 (JST)
