OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the contest in the manner described in Section 4 below, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of this contest that are set forth in these Official Rules.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. This contest is administered by COVER Corporation (“Administrator”). From September 27, 2025 until October 5, 2025 at 7:59 (PDT), you will be able to apply to participate in this contest to try and have your illustration to be a part of the “FUWAMOCO Life is BAU BAU T-shirt Commemorative Gift Campaign” (“Event”).
3. ELIGIBILITY.
a. Only Participants that are eligible to be using “Holoearth” under its Terms of Service (https://account.holoearth.com/terms) may participate in the Event.
b. Only Participants from either Japan or the United States are eligible to participate in the Event.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Event, participants need to follow the X account below and repost the post below:
a. Follow Holoearth_EN
b. Repost the announcement post
5. EVALUATION. The Administrator will select a subset of possible winners at random using a third-party raffle selection service. Upon random selection, the Administrator will then further vet the randomly selected Participants before declaring them a winner.
6. PRIZES.
a. THERE WILL BE NO MONETARY PRIZES.
b. Six (6) winners (three (3) in Japan and three (3) in the United States) will receive a signed T-shirt by FUWAMOCO.
7. WINNING A PRIZE.
a. Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official Holoearth X (formerly Twitter) account (@Holoearth_EN, @Holoearth_JP).
b. Winners will be required to enter necessary information (such as name, address, phone number, etc.) into a registration form provided by us, by the specified deadline, for prize delivery. Any Participants that provide an address that is outside of Japan or the United States will be disqualified.
c. We do not respond to inquiries about entry confirmation, selection results, or application status via X or phone. Thank you for your understanding.
d. The right to receive a prize may be revoked if any of the following applies or is suspected:
i. If we are unable to make contact for more than one week after the winning notification is sent.
ii. If the winner has unfollowed the official Holoearth X account (@Holoearth_EN, @Holoearth_JP) at the time of winning.
iii. If any act suggesting or promoting the resale or transfer of the prize is discovered.
8. Participants shall be fully responsible for ensuring that their repost or any other posts on social media and the like regarding this Event follow the terms of service for X (formerly Twitter) or any other platform on which the Participant posts on regarding the Event. Participant further agrees do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. If Participant includes any designs or illustrations that involves the intellectual property rights of COVER, Participant agrees to follow the Derivative Works Guidelines of COVER Corporation (https://hololivepro.com/en/terms/).
9. If a Participant violates any provisions of these Official Rules, he or she shall be disqualified from the selection process.
10. The personal information provided by all Participants in relation to the submission will be appropriately managed in accordance with the following privacy policy: https://account.holoearth.com/privacy. With respect to the third-party raffle selection service, the Administrator will only be sharing publicly available information, namely X (formerly Twitter) account information.
11. This contest will be conducted in Japan only and shall be construed and evaluated according to applicable Japanese law without regard for conflict of law principles.
12. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
13. By entering this contest, entrants hereby accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrators, which shall be final in all matters.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this contest, Participants shall hold the Administrators harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (1) participation in this contest; and (2) any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. Administrators will also not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive notices that the illustration was selected due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the contest, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Administrators’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the contest, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the contest, the Administrators, in their sole discretion, may cancel or modify this contest in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be decided by the name on the online application.
