July 3rd, 2025 update: For the ver. 1.0.12 release, the article title and error handling steps were updated.

After the Ver. 1.0.12 update, you may encounter an error when logging into Holoearth.
If an error occurs, please try the following steps:
1. Select “Delete Data” from the “⋯” menu in the bottom-left of the title screen.
(Upon deleting local data, the app will close and restart automatically.)
2. Restart the Holoearth app.
3. Log in.

Note: Upon selecting “Delete Data,” the following will be reset:
・Options settings
・Gesture presets
