After the Ver. 1.0.11 update, you may encounter an error when logging into Holoearth.
If an error occurs, please try the following steps:
- Restart the Holoearth app.
- Before logging in, select “Clear login cache” and “Delete Data” from the “…” menu in the bottom-left of the title screen.
- Restart Holoearth.
- Log in again.

The “Delete Data” (2.) step above will require a moment to fully reflect, so after doing step 2 please wait a short moment (around 1 minute depending on your network environment) before moving on to step 3 above.
