Bug Fixes
■ Passive Skill Bug
An issue where passive skill effects such as “Action Skill Attack Power Up” for the action skills “Soaring Slash,” “Heat Slash,” “Mizuchi,” “Wind Slash,” and “Frost Edge” were not applied properly in the Simulation Room was fixed.
■ Bug causing items inside storage furniture to disappear
An issue where items stored inside furniture that can hold items, such as chests and furnaces, disappeared when the furniture was deconstructed in the Simulation Room and My Room was fixed.
About User Data Recovery
We sincerely apologize to all users for the inconvenience caused by the recent issue where items placed in furniture could be lost.
We will be offering data recovery support for users who lost items due to this issue and wish to have their play data restored.
If you would like your data to be recovered, please contact us via the Holoearth inquiry form within the period stated below.
Data recovery request period:
October 28th (Tue), 2025 after maintenance – November 4th (Tue), 2025 at 23:59 (JST)
How to recover data:
For any account that contacts us about data recovery, we will restore (roll back) the play data of the Simulation Room / My Room to the state it was in just before the Ver. 1.1.0 update implemented on October 23rd, 2025.
Room play data that can be recovered:
・Simulation Room
・My Room
・When data recovery is performed, all play data in the affected rooms from after the ver. 1.1.0 update until the recovery process is completed will be lost.
・Purchased avatar items and other play data outside of the Simulation Room and My Room will not be affected.
・Individual recovery of lost items is not possible; only full room data recovery can be performed.
・Please carefully consider whether you wish to request recovery after fully understanding the above.
