They will be sold at the “hololive Production” booth at Comic Market 103 which will be held from December 30, 2023, and will be available for mail order from Saturday, December 30th at 18:00 (JST).

This announcement will explain what can be exchanged for the serial codes that come with Holoearth Random Acrylic Keychains.

Bonus Item

Each “Holoearth Random Acrylic Keychain” comes with one item that can be used in Holoearth and one “Holoearth Serial Code Slip” with a serial code that can be exchanged.

How to Use Serial Code

From the global menu in Holoearth, select “Serial Code” to enter a code.

Precautions

・This serial code is for use within Holoearth.
・1 code can be used to select 1 item 1.
・Each code is limited to 1 use 1.
・Serial code can be used until December 31st, 2026 at 23:59 (JST).
・Exchangeable items will change based on when serial code is used.
・Item contents are subject to change or cancellation depending on the status of Holoearth services.
・A serial code slip will be enclosed with the product. Please note that the serial code cannot be used until the product arrives.
・Using the code requires registering a Holoearth account.
・If connection is lost during code transmission, there is a chance the code may become invalid. Please use the serial code in a place with a stable connection.
・Data transmission costs incurred when using the code will be borne by the customer.
・This serial code will not be reissued. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
・We accept no responsibility for damage or staining of the serial code slip by the customer.
